We are a family-based Party Rental business serving customers located in Surprise, AZ, We provide the best Party Rental Services for the entire Valley of the Sun, including Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Avondale, Goodyear, Sun City, Sun City West, and El Mirage.

$50 Deposit

  • What payments do you take?
    We currently accept Cash, Zelle, Debit or Credit Card If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. If paying by debit/credit card there is a $5 convenience fee added to the total.
  • Does the price include set up and delivery?
    Yes, setup is included. A delivery fee of $25 applies to the following cities: El Mirage, Surprise, Youngtown, Sun City, Sun City West, Phoenix, Glendale, and Peoria. A delivery fee of $50 applies to the following cities: Scottsdale, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, and Wittmann. If your city is not listed, please contact us for a delivery quote.
  • What about parks?
    We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at $150 per event. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
  • What should i do in advance to prepare my yard for the delivery?
    Please make sure that your yard is ready for setup. You should have CLEAR and OPEN path for us to get to the area where the equipment is to be setup. Please be sure the area is clean of debris and animal waste. It is costumers responsibility to put Dogs away in a secured area away from the equipment at all times, to prevent any damages in the units. If so costumer is 100% responsible for any damage on the equipment. For grass areas we do recommend not watering 2 to 3 days before. Maintain the sprinklers system off while unit is setup.
  • When Can I expect my delivery to arrive?
    Deliveries are scheduled within a one-hour window of your reservation. However, due to varying demand, we may reach out to arrange an alternative delivery time.
  • What areas do you deliver too?
    We provide Party Rental Services for the entire Valley of the Sun, including Scottsdale, Peoria, Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage and the Phoenix metropolitan area!
  • What about rain?
    When there is a chance of rain or it is raining, we will call you the morning of your event. You can decide then to cancel or have us continue with the delivery. If you do cancel you will be given a raincheck for your deposit, which can be used for a future rental up to one year. If you decide to have us continue with the delivery you will be required to pay for the full rental. We do not give refunds for rain, bad weather or nonuse.
  • What to do if it is raining?
    Inflatables should not be used during rain, thunderstorms or high winds. If during your rental it does rain, exit the bounce house wait for the rain to stop. After it stops raining, go inside and dry the unit thoroughly with some towels. Riders can then re-enter the unit. ☑ Do not use the inflatable if the wind exceeds 15 miles per hour. ☑ Please ensure all your equipment and personal gear is put away and separated from our equipment. Please mark all your property with your name in permanent marker.
  • We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
    No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Mi Brinca Brinca cleans every Jumper after every rental. The driver also carries all the necessary supplies to clean the jumper just in case. The pick up driver will also turn on the unit at the pick up location to inspect the unit.
  • Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
    Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time the kids will be using it. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 25 feet of the unit or a generator. If the outlet is further away please provide a 12 gauge extension cord no longer then 50 ft. The jumper can be turned off when not in use.
  • What if we need to cancel?
    In the event you need to cancel your items for any reason please reply to the confirmation email that you received when you placed the order. Our staff will cancel the order and send a cancellation confirmation via email. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be credited toward another event within 180 days. If not used by that time the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel your order. If you cancel you will be given a rain check that is good for 180 days. If rain check is not used within 180 days it will be forfeited.
  • How big are the jumpers and obstacle courses?
    Most of our jumpers (all of our character jumps for example) are 13'x13' which is the standard size that most companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumpers need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jumper include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
  • What surfaces do you set up on?
    We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt ($10 fee), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
  • Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
    Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
  • Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
    Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please call (602) 693-0700 immediately so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. .
  • Can we put water on the Inflatables?
    Water is ONLY to be place on WATER SLIDES and designated WATER COMBOS only. If water is put on any other unit there will be a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 depending on the size of the unit. If you rent a waterslide unit and we agree to pick up on the next day, unit can't be wet again the day of the pick up.
